Every release, and what changed in it.
First public release. A synthetic seal voice: three seals, five moods, eight voices, for Windows x64 as VST3 and standalone, AGPL-3.0.
A GLIDE knob; a metronome with a count-in for the standalone app; a limiter that cannot overshoot; GROAN in ocean blue to green.

A lighter default and ASIO in the standalone. New instances start at 1X oversampling: about a quarter of the CPU of 2X, and still cleaner than 1.0.1 was at 2X.
The standalone app lists ASIO drivers next to Windows Audio. Sessions and presets keep the factor they were saved with.

Cleaner and about half the CPU. Less aliasing when bright material is driven hard.
| Setting | CPU | Aliasing |
|---|---|---|
| 1× | −59% | 12 dB cleaner |
| 2× (default) | −51% | 15 dB cleaner |
| 4× | −49% | 20 dB cleaner |
| 8× | −47% | 18 dB cleaner |
MIX stays in phase when blended. At 88.2–192 kHz, oversampling stops at about 400 kHz internally.
Sessions and presets load unchanged. Defaults still 2×, HQ off.
No change to the sound. The processed output is bit-identical to 1.0.0. What changed is what it costs to get it.
| Setting | 1.0.0 | 1.0.1 |
|---|---|---|
| Out of the box | 4×, HQ on — ~20% of a core | 2×, HQ off — ~10% |
| 4× | ~20% | ~17% |
| 8× | ~38% | ~32% |
Roughly 14–15% cheaper at every oversampling factor.
Defaults changed: oversampling 4× → 2×, HQ mode on → off. Both still available.
